Rack Mount Dimensions

Could someone tell me what the standard rack mount dimensions are? That is, width of holes and height between holes.

19" is standard rack. The actual holes on my SKB are 18.5" apart. 1 rack unit is 1 3/4 inches high. the actual screw holes are 1 1/4" apart.


As always, I could be wrong.
