Yamaha S03 vs Roland EM15

Which syth do you think is best for a beginner on a tight budget for a home studio?
Software = Cubase; Hardware = very fast PC.
Style = contemorary Christian. Sounds needed = strings, horns, lead synth, pipe organ. No need for weird sound effects, games, speakers, flashing lights, just good quality of a few basic sounds.

I'm real happy with the S03, like the sounds & especially liked the internet pricing on several sites; also have had alot of hands on with Roland synths; I needed a change after several years of Roland sounds but didn't want to spend a ton of money. Roland does seem to have an edge in "keyboard player" touches; ie: more flexibility in layering sounds, etc.
