looking for an advice

Hy guys ,i'm searching an audio system as follow to work with a PC within CUBASE SX system

-USB (working also with the old 1.1)
-low audio latency (max 10sec)fo ASIO applications
-midi on board
-mic lin in
-guitar/bass in

-possibly with some midi assignable knobs and sliders

and of course, good quality sound

I don't need more than 2 audio in and out

My budget is about 500$

My choice is oriented to:

Edirol UR 80/PCR A30/UA 20

Lexicon Omega Studio

M-audio Ozone

Personaly I like the M-Audio stuff. I have a Delta 66, with the Omni I/O at home and it works really well for me.

Thanks 4 ure reply, do u work with asio drivers? How many msec do u reach playng vst intruments with your delta?

Hey, I also use the Delta 66, but I run through a mixer. I use asio and get my latency down to 5.8ms in Home Studio using Dxi's. It sure beats the 30-40ms range I was getting with my integrated sound card!

+++1"m also a happy Delta66 /Omn1 user. See a pattern here? 1 w1ll be order1ng a Maud1o Mob1le Pre (USB souncard) soon for a fr1end's DAW. 1f !t's as good as the Delta' 1'm happy.
