Quiet microphone with SB audigy 2

I just got my new SB Audigy 2 but the record volume is really low. I have all the levels up the latest drivers and it is even boosted by +20dB but still no joy.

Does any have any ideas?

Get yourself a cheap outboard mixer or mic pre.
