Oke i got this assignment from school but i realy dont know what to do, so i thought why dont i ask here
This is the assignment( i translated it from dutch i hope i did it right) i have to give advice on how to make this setup

The pc has to be connected to all these channels and has to broadcast it to the antanna and the cable as you can see
But i have no idea how, does anyone know anything about this or has some info?
