Problem with Firestudio Project +Faderport + Logic + Akai mpk49 midi keyboard

I am having an issue with recording multiple tracks.

I start out with a template with all my tracks set up how I want them. I usually start out by throwing in a drum loop or make one on the keyboard, looping it an jamming to it. It sounds fine while I am playing the bass along to the drums, but after I record it, then play it back, the bass and drums are no longer together in time.

At first I thought it was probably the keyboard that needs syncronized, but then why would it be out of sync if I'm using a premade loop?

With "no longer in time" do you mean they seem to be at different tempos, or, the notes aren't playing back where you originally played them?

The notes I played on the bass are not exactly where I put them. But it's such a small difference, I can't just move over the track because it will be too much. Help??
