Need help with M-Audio Duo! Please!

I just purchased the M-Audio Duo, and it sounds great. I record one track, and it's fine. Then i record a second track, and i think it's fine. Then i playback the two together, and about half way through, the second track starts slowing down. I don't know much about this stuff, i'm not quite the jedi yet, if anyone knows what the fix is, i'd love the advice. Thanks!

Which software are you using?

I am using Ableton Live. The same thing happened about a year ago on my friend's PC. We were running an Aadvark USB3 in ACID Pro.

I am gonna throw out a guess here: don't shoot me..
Is it possible that you have to set up one 'card' to be dependent on the primary 'card' for clock timing?

Lets get back to basics first.

What system do you have and what excatly are you running. Things like sample rate and bit depth would be helpfull.
