where is my DP4 Update for osX???

Hello my name is Maximillian. I was wondering if you knew anything about beta software updates from Waves or UAD-1? These are powerful EQs for Digital Performer BUT STINKIN OS X HAS NO UPDATES FOR THESE PROGRAMS, SO I CAN'T MIX MY ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!! If you answer this e-mail and are able to get me a link to download a Update for these programs, as GOD as my witness I will pay you a few bucks. No joke.

According to the Waves site,their already shipping V 4.0 MAS for OSX http://www.waves.com/support_page.htm .I can't help you with UAD OSX beta though,if it even exsists.Are the included EQ plugs for DP that bad?
