pretty much any current mainstream MB will have both. maybe not 'any', but nearly all I've reviewed support both PCI and PCI e in some way
ASUS is reasonable place to start a search for an audio friendly board and offerings ranging from $70 dollar AMD to $450 Intel will support both pci and pci e
I don't think I have experienced any significant problems (audio wise) with any of the ASUS boards I've used over, I'd say certainly a decade. But there are enough variations on the theme and have little enough info, regarding your other specific requirements, that suggesting a DSED-DC/SAS 771 over M2AM-AM 740G isn't possible.
Foxconn 975X7AB-8EKRS2H has PCI, PCI-e and TI firewire (again this isn't a recomendation that it will work for you merely a board that meats your stated inquiry

All new Mobos have both
I would recomend any mobo that has a intel socket as they are currently leading the CPU market. I wouldent use the intergrated sound, Buy a sound card that has a firewire port on. this solves both problems.
