Looking for a program that will convert a video link into a music file wav or mp3. Not the actual file but the link to the file

and add this link into a program that will convert this link into an actual mp3 file to add to my ipod or burn on a cd. Much appreciated.

Not sure what you mean? You'll need a source of audio to create audio files. I'm not getting any sound from that link.

Converting streaming audio to an MP3 is possible using a capture technique. Many freeware audio editors have this functionality if your soundcard is capable of a "What You Hear" setting.
