Transfer Win98 for Pc > Portable computer

it is possible transfer the whole Operative System (SO) of one PC to one
portable computer ?
I have a portable computer and i can`t install windows
this portable is ASCENTIA A Series

well, it is kind of but you have to tell us what you want. what OS is already on your portable? Dos?

what means do you want to transfer by? floppy disc? cd rom? parallel port? network card?

i wish people would be quite specific when they ask questions, i'm not having a go at you but i get the impression people are too lazy to type anything more then a few lines and expect a page of answers.
