I have messed with this software all weekend.
Obviously, it was not designed for windows.
Running in live mode, it is a great sample engine.
This would easily work well with a stage presentation, and
makes a great string and brass backing.
Percussion is nice as well, believable and present.
As far as a DAW based 'go to', serious thumbs down on that.
Thus far, I could only get one track 'recorded', and found some quirky problems with midi functions in Sonar 8.
Perhaps it works better in older versions of cakewalk, frankly, I do not have the time to purchase stuff, and then try to make it work.
SO, perhaps it works, but not for me.
Bolt chasing is for the developers, not for the end user.
Bottom line, I will request a refund on this one.
