I have messed with this software all weekend.
Obviously, it was not designed for windows.

Running in live mode, it is a great sample engine.

This would easily work well with a stage presentation, and
makes a great string and brass backing.

Percussion is nice as well, believable and present.

As far as a DAW based 'go to', serious thumbs down on that.

Thus far, I could only get one track 'recorded', and found some quirky problems with midi functions in Sonar 8.

Perhaps it works better in older versions of cakewalk, frankly, I do not have the time to purchase stuff, and then try to make it work.

SO, perhaps it works, but not for me.

Bolt chasing is for the developers, not for the end user.

Bottom line, I will request a refund on this one.

Sounds are great, after the effort of getting the sound out, I could have just played my own violin..

After a boatload of messin around, I am almost comfy with this software.

IK support, was responsive, however, has no clue what the Fk I am talking about...:)

So I can't blame them for anything but a nice product.

I am honing in on the sample rates now, as in the first test below, you will hear some pops along the mp3.

I did not create the sequence, simply imported it as some sort of midi file to create an initial test bed if you will.

SO's here is what I came up with this afternoon on holiday.

I find some of the strings believable.

The rest is more than likely user error.

(but I am sure you guys/gals knew dat), better year to all, kiss kiss.
