Problem with MIDI

Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with my MIDI in my PC, in the beginning there was no problem, I run Windows XP, with a keyboard Fatar and a MOTU Fast Lane USB midi, but after some time I don't know what happened and not all the notes that I trigger with my keyboard are arriving to the computer, I tried it in sveral software environments like Cubase 3, Sibelius, Kontakt 3 (stand alone) and always the same problem. I'm really new in the midi thing, some help????.

How many voices of polyphony does your keyboard have. If it's an older keyboard and only has 16 or so voice polyphony you might be using all the voices up. You have to remember that some patches take a couple voices per note, so if you are playing large chords with polyphonic patches you can use up voices quick.

Nop, I'm playing 1 voice at the time, no large chords...., if I start Kontakt 3 and I triger the sounds in the Kontakt's virtual keyboard with the mouse there's no problem, so the problem is before, not between the virtual sampler and the libraries. I tried changing the Midi USB interface from one port to another, but it didn't help.
