Anyone know of a basic 96KHz low latency card such as the STA Audio DSP value BUT with 1 XLR mic pre? Thanks.

The only one that I'm aware of is the www.egosys.net (http://www.egosys.net) waveterminal 192L (the x doen't have the pre)
You can disable the pre from memory and you hear a click as a relay pulls the preamp out of the circuit. The egosys cards are great with awesome drivers for all OS's

i am eeger to get the wamirack 192x.if it is what they say it is on their website.
123db a/d and 106 db d/a converters.they say on their website, that it is the best rated converters in the world.if thats true?what are we waiting for?lets buy it.$499
Just got my 192X on Wednesday, and boy do I love it. I'm getting 1.1 ms latency in SONAR with no pops or clicks. The sound is crystal clear, and the mic pre's are better than those on my Aardvark DP24/96 and my MOTU 828. It was a steal for $495 from 8thstreet.com. Grab one ASAP, you won't be sorry.

LAMF (if you're still lurking around here) I'm pleased to hear you're liking (or were liking) the 192X-- started a new thread on this very topic but so far no one's replied. Since I'm about to pull the trigger on some variety of 192, can I ask what the rest of your system is and whether you're still experiencing less than 2ms latency? Ta very much, Rick
