Hello, I have a rather irritating situation that I don't know how to deal with. I know Presonus & Sweetwater reps have monitored this board in the past and I'm really hoping I can get some advice.

I sold my FireBox on eBay. Amazing interface, only sold it because I'm moving to a hardware DAW instead of PC-based. The guy who bought it is insisting that the serial # for the bundled ACID XMC is not in the box. I unfortunately have no idea what it looks like since I never used any of the bundled apps, only the driver CD. Perhaps it fell out and I lost it or whatever. Is there any way I can get a new key for him? I really need to get this off my back as I'm in danger of a negative feedback for selling a mint piece of $350 hardware for far below market value.... because it's missing the serial # to a bundled application!! grrr!!!! sorry... I did advertise that all OEM software was included so he has a legit complaint I guess.

So can I get two bits of advice:

1) Where is the ACID XMC serial # located in a new FireBox? Is it on its own card, is it stuck to the warranty card? Where is it, what does it look like, how can I help this guy find it?? Again, the reason I don't know is that I never use that OEM stuff.

2) If it is indeed missing, what can I do to get a replacement key? Can I call customer support with the serial # of my (now the other guy's) FireBox, and then get a new one?

Thank you very much for any advice. Sorry for the complaining, I'm just really frustrated over this.
