What's up gang.
I'm hoping someone's got a solution for this weird error.
Helped a buddy of mine put a DAW together and we're having some problems with Magix Music STudio 7 being able to use the ASIO drivers on his Card Deluxe. WHen starting the application we get an error message that says "ASIO returned reset request, please reboot program" and rebooting will just bring up the same error. Anyone ever encounter this error before? The drivers work fine with other ASIO programs including Wavelab, Fruityloops, etc...
We tried reinstalling the soundcard drivers, as well as reinstalling the Magix software. As a final resort, we tried a fresh install of Windows XP. STill no dice.
We havn't been able to get a response from Magix yet, and I doubt the soundcard manufacturer will help out since the drivers work with other programs . Lastly, we can find nothing on the WEB regarding this.
ANy suggestions?
