Hello,
I am using cakewalk to produce my music. I have been looking into the software, and after careful observation, I noticed that this software does not provide a means by which to reproduce sounds from a real instrument such as a piano or violin. I want to be able to reproduce these sounds such that i may be able to manipulate them to produce a genuine studio/concert feel. Instead, I observe that it only reproduces midi sounds which are very stale and lifeless. I understand that at some point i must purchase external hardware that will deliver what i need but for now can someone please let me know of any addons or plugins which are compatible with cakewalk and which meets my needs. I am refering to something similar to fruityloops drum sounds. You can feel its genuine nature. Anyway, please let me know of any addons that may help.
