The pitches of the instruments in fruity loops are all off. I play a D on the electric piano the the piano role, but it does not make the sound the D note should make in real life. It is three notes off. How can I get the notes to have the same pitch as an instrument in real life would? Thanks.

Are you using a VST instrument (if yes, which one?) or samples?

it depends on your MIDI controller if you are using one, the zones may be set differently and be off. I know I have an axiom 61 and sometimes my friend sets it his special way lol and like if I press C on the keyboard, but itll play like E or E# instead. I usually just reset it and its good to go. What kind MIDI controller you using.

I agree with the above posters in that it's likely a transposition issue with the keyboard, but three semitones off would also be about the difference between 44.1 and 48k sample rates, so look for conflicts between those two numbers in your setup as well.
