My firepod

I was just wondering what these options on the firepod popup box that these should be set at - I have a 2Ghz dual core PC with 1024 Ram and an 80G harddrive

Latency?
Clock source?
Sample rate?

What will get me the best quality?

Welcoem to Audioforums! "Best quality' is a very subjective term, especially when it comes to sample rate. There are many, mnay, mnay discussions on which sample rate is "best." You can search the forums to find a few, and I will leave that one alone. But, the other two:

Latency. It depends. I think you need to better understand latency (http://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/ts/detail.php?Index=30645&keyword=latency) before any explanations make sense.

Clock source. This is only relevant if you have any external, digital devices connected to the Firepod's inputs. If you don't have any, then leave it on Internal.
