The Edirol DA-2496, that is (at NAMM, on their Carillon systems). Anybody w/ firsthand experience available for comment?

Cheers,

Edirol's got it together. Why would Cakewalk risk demoing their software using some hack piece of hardware? http://www.audioforums.com/forums/wink.gif

Hey Joe, are you using the DA-2496? From what I can tell, it seems to have a STRONG feature set and good drivers (M-Audio) but haven't seen many other folks using it.

Thanks,

Scaught, sorry for the delay. I know someone who has a DA-2496 and loves it. It sounds great. I've also read nothing but good things about it on the cubase.net forums.

I own an Edirol UA-5, and it's amazing for a USB interface IMO.
