Hi guys. I'm a Music Producer.I buied ECHO DARLA24 the last year.When
I had my old PC with Windows 98(or ME) I didn't have problems with the
audio. After I Buied my new PC with Windows XP Professional. The system is very
very stable,but audio no.When I listen music(mp3,wav,a game's music,ecc.)
the system crash; it crashes and all system is freezed and I listen a
'TTTTTT'(as a little audio loop) in my speakers. This happen always when I
play whichever audio source.I have installed all version of Darla's
driver, but I noticed that 6.00 crashs less then others, but however it
crashs.I tested my PC without DARLA24 and it is stable. But I need DARLA24 to
work!I'm going crazy!I tried to disable C-Media audiocard on the
motherboard and to install a SoundBlaster Live!1024 that I had on my old
PC,but the system crashs always.I did many tests, but nothing.
I tried to change OS (Win XP Pro or Win ME),I disabled integrated audiocard
on the motherboard,I changed HardDisk,I tried all driver's update,
I changed IRQ to my hardware..BUT NOTHING! I DIDN'T RESOLVE THE PROBLEM!
Please help me!You have my only hope!
THANX

You didnt mention windows 2000 professional.
Not that you should buy it, but I found 2000
is the most solid system for me.
98 was kinda ho hum for daw.

At a swag theory it sounds like a buffer or cache problem. What do you mean by buie? - netbuie as to lan card?, or just copy files.

My Last ditch effort would be to uninstall all cards in system dialog box first, then physically uninstall them , then add one at a time all over again.
(you probably know that).
Any rate good luck.
