An form with all relevant hardware and software data should be added when someone subscribe to forum. 50% replays are about questioning "What you have?". Basic data about hardware (Sound Card, Processor, MoBo (or Chip set), RAM), and Software (at least Name and version) and to don't forget driver for sound card and usual setup. Also category for users like noob, amateur, experienced amateur, technician pro, engineer will help a lot for some misunderstands

Very good idea, but hard to implement. There's already a blank space in the profile setup page whereyou can describe your setup. It doesn't really surprise me that nobody takes the time to fill it out when there's a burning question on their mind. I'm not sure whether or not this can/should be made mandatory, but it certainly would make responding a whole lot easier.

I think for those who have filled it out the details should be a lot more obvious, like making it part of the signature or something

No way that I'm aware of to make it part of the signature, and I don't really want to make it a mandatory part of the registration process. It's a good idea, though, and I think we should encourage people to put that sort of info in their signatures.
