echo indigo vs latency

i am looking for a good sound card 4 my laptop but i dont have tons of $$$ to put on.

i was checking the echo indigo and i didnt find anything about the latency ...

i wanna clock my laptop with my groove box for my live pa. using abelton live

anybody with useful infos ?
