MOTU 1224s, WinXP and Sonar...will this work?

I've had some configuring nightmares in the past and wanted to ask, will MOTU 1224s, WinXP and Sonar 2.0 XL work together?
My new system is P4 2.2 Gig/533bus/512RAM
with 2 SCSI drives. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated ASAP>

No exsperience of my own, but I just saw a post on the Sonar users newsgroup implying that that there are problems with Motu and WinXP -- and especially if there's a via chipset in the mix.

I ve been using 1224+Epox 8k7a(AMD761,VIA686)+XP absolutely no problems at all.1224 Rocks!!!
