Hey everyone
I need some help getting true surround sound to work with my delta 1010lt soundcard and logitech z5300e speakers. (lets leave aside the quality of those for a second lol.)
Anyways right now I really .... don't know how to setup surround sound. At first I had tried selectiong 'delta multi' as my main output and selecting 5.1 speaker system in the same menu. That didn't work at all, it was only coming it the left, right, centre, and sub channels.
When I changed it to 'delta 1/2'(left right speakers) I got the same thing ... oddly enough I changed it to 'delta 3/4' (left right rear speakers) I got sound to come out of all the speakers except the centre when playing music. (still only front speakers for movies and games). From there I am honestly not sure what to do.
Right now all my speakers are going into the sub and then the soundcard. Front speakers are 1/2, rear are 3/4, and the output on the sub labeled center/sub is 5/6.
