Hey guys

I need some help. I just bought a brand new 13" Macbook and I cant seem to get the mobile pre properly installed on my computer. It says that's its been installed, but garage band doesn't seem to recognize it when im trying to record. It seems that rather the internal mic is the one doing all the recording....any help?

Almost all recording programs have a Settings or Preferences section. One of the options should be Recording and Playback devices. You must choose the one(s) you want used so the program knows what to do.

Yours need a little tweaking. Check your settings.
