capture audio from PCM 3324A

I'm looking for a sound card that could capture all 24 tracks from the
Sony PCM 3324A deck to my computer. thinking about MOTU 2408 mkII or mkIII
anyone have any experiences with this?

It's a digital tape deck, correct? Does it have any digital I/O on it, such as AES/EBU, S/PDIF, or possibly ADAT? Or does it only have analog?

yes the PCM 3324A is digital and it has digittal IOs
SDIF 50 pin sub D connector on the back as well as AES/EBU.
I'm looking for a way to get all 24 tracks digital audio in to my computer.
