It is safe just to split audio using y cable from every mic or amp so i can route them to foh and monitor mixer, or do i have to use something like behringer splitter/mixer? or if my monitor mixer have direct output, can i plug it to snake cable and route them to foh?

Heres some info from wirlwind regarding the right way to do a split signal.
As some one has already said there is a need to isolate the mixers from one another so there are no earth loop problems also only one desk should be able to send phantom power to the mic/active di.

Hope this is of help to you.

i think he wants a few of these
and yes, it is "safe" to split a microphone signal up to 3 times using a passive splitter, (no electronics needed) , but when you want to split anything else, you need an active splitter.
