I am using Cubase LE with an E-MU 1212M as my audio input card.
I want to be able to use my consumer sound card for output since my headphones and speakers are wired to that card.
The card (a Creative Audigy 2) doesn't show up as an output bus in Cubase. I don't know how to get the VST Audiobay or anything in LE.
Help?

Cubase will only recognize 1 ASIO device at a time. There's no way around that. You will have to monitor from the 1212.

That's gay. ;)
Does that problem exist in Cubase 4 too?
I will have to buy a 2x6mm->stereo adapter.

The "problem" is ASIO itself only recognising one device at a time, it applies to all versions of all software using ASIO drivers. Some manufacturers (ie, M-Audio) have drivers that will "spoof" ASIO into seeing multiple devices as a single unit. You could try the included Sonar LE, using the EMU wave driver, and might get around the two-sound-card issue, but I doubt it... Besides, the EMU 1212 output sound quality will "shame" your Creative card...

It's alright. I've patched together a solution with a various adapters. It's not perfect since the 1212M doesn't support 5.1 unless I get a MicroDock but it works so I'm happy.
