Redrum Instrument Doesn't Stop

Hi All,

I am very new to music editing and terms - challenged if you will, sso please be patient with me.

I constructed a beat on the A1 channel in redrum and the second instrument, when I play, won't stop and plays till it fades out. Then I constructed a second on A2, also copied to the timeline and it seems to over lap the first and comes out garbled.

If you've written a pattern and clicked 'copy to sequencer' then you need to turn off the pattern sequencer. Un-click 'enable pattern section' on the Redrum.

You can also program and save patterns in the Redrum sequencer. Right-click the pattern bank (the bit that says A, B, C, D and 1-8) andclick 'edit automation'.
You can then use the pencil in the sequencer to draw in patterns. Use the drop-down on the left to choose the pattern you're drawing.
