I'd like to thank you all for the kind words and for help making this forum what it is. I'd also like to thank the Sweetwater staff for providing what I believe is the one of the best forums on the net and for choosing me for this months giveaway.
I humbly accept this months prize, A recognition that could have easily been bestowed to many others here. I'm sure the decision was not an easy one for the staff to make, as this forum is filled with those willing to give their time and experience in helping others.......I'm proud to be a part of it. Again, I thank you all!

I wish....problem is, I don't write commercially acceptable material...However, feel free to use all or any part of it if you happen to win one yourself......:p

P.S. I think it helps if you read my faux Grammy acceptance speech with an English accent! Personally, I'd rather win the Oscar for best score!

Um, yeah. Really difficult decision. Random drawing among all the folks that qualified. It just so happened that it was a really active member; it just as easily could have been somebody who had just done the minimum 5 posts.

:o ....I see said the blind man, didn't realize it was a randomized thing, my bad. I take it all back then.....just kidding. What I said still stands, except for the choosing me part.

Not to nitpick the standing eligability clause but adding the phrase "at random" to:

How It Works
Each month we will feature a cool new prize from one of our sponsors. We will pick a winner at random at the end of each month and post the winner to the site along with instructions on how to claim your prize. You can check the Giveaway page or the Giveaway thread to see if you won.

......would have cleared things up a bit and prevented me from looking like an idiot.....;)

Actually, we're considering changing it so that each post you make counts as one entry, hence rewarding the most active posters. I have yet to figure out how to make that work logistically, though.

I'm also considering changing it to "Jeff will give the prize to whomever he likes, or possibly keep the prize for himself if it's something he wants." I think that will be a harder sell, though.

Thanks Riverdog, I try to never sweat the small stuff and I am looking forward to 'kickin' the tires' so to speak. Curious to see how far PTLE has come these past few years.....cheers!
