Isn't the point of using a computer that you can do so much better than direct to disk?

It looks mildly interesting to me, but I prefer to edit tracks before I burn them to disc.
It could be cool if I was really in a hurry and needed to transfer cassettes to CD. I hope it has a new track button/track id button so you can create new tracks while it's recording. One long track is not good.
