MF claims they'll have them in October for $1999.00 w/ CD burner. This unit looks promising.

found a lot of good info at harmony central link below on both the 2816 and its improvements over 4416, etc.

P.S. p.s. sweetwater now have 2816's in stock (online or 1-800-222-4700, ext. 1329, tim). He told me 20 gig HD with CDRW including fedex ship 2K. No, I don't work for them, but almost ordered (not quite ready) best regards - euphonic

Full Compass offers the 2816 for less than 2k but you have to pay the shipping.

I just got the unit and am going over the manual -- it's awesome. But, it does have a learning curve I'm sure.

Rocker! What you doing here?

Nice screen on the 2816 and sections of control are clear but there are many menus.
