Noob needs help: Midi doesn't render in exported wav

I only got Cubase a week ago, and haven't quite figured it out yet. I tried exporting my track. The vsti tracks in my project export beautifully but I can't seem to get the midi tracks to export to the wav.

If you MIDI tracks use external sound sources (keyboard, sound module, drum machine, etc.), then exporting will not work. You will need to arm an audio track and record the sound source's output.
