Hey guys sorry for all these questions :D
but ive been to quite a few forums and searched quite a few, but I can never seem to find a good solution for bass
Now to make myself clear, the bass im looking for is subwoofer bass, like in rap. I dont want you to think its the guitar bass or kicks.
The only program so far that I had found this bass is in Garageband, but despite the great bass it has, its not a very good program for making music (or im just not comfortable with it)
I mostly use Fruity Loops to make my music, but I doesnt have anything having to do with sub bass.
Are there any plugins or programs were i can export my music into and edit in the bass?
This is very important to me because I've been trying to figure this out for like forever.

MaxxBass from Waves is the best plug I've ever used when it comes to adding or tweaking bass. you could use that plug-in to shake the tranny out of your car if you wanted to.

Are you looking for a virtual instrument? Such as a synth bass, that'll fire a really low-noted harmonic of the root tone? There's freeware VSTi and hosts available that you could mess with to make samples for loops, or there's even some free samples available to make loops with directly. Just do a google, or someone will post with a link for that site that has the freeware plugs & stuff (kvraudio?)... I can't pull the name out of the recesses of the brain this early in my morning... lol

Tuareg II (Tu2) and HammerHead both have SubBass sounds. Tuareg is a WAVE sequencer program with a built in drum machine and synthesizer. It's very versatile for making and mangling beats.
HammerHead is a simple drum machine program that works with mono WAVE files.
Probably what you are looking for is an 808 or 909 type drum sound if you are looking for the authentic sound. However, you can also make that kind of sound by overdubbing an 80 Hz sinewave strategically. You could of course go higher or lower, but a lot of systems can't reproduce much below 60 Hz. CoolEdit has a sinewave generator.

Ye I had some sinewave bass thing in this Fruity loops plugin called Novation Bass-Station. It actually had great bass, but ever time the bass would start, It would make a click noise.

Did it still make the sub-bass sound, after the click? If so, it's probably a zero-crossing issue. You want your wave loops to begin & end at "0" - zero on the scale, else you get a "glitch" of one form or another. If all you got was the "click" and then no note, then you didn't have an "instrument" assigned to make the note sound... ie. you need a "synth" assigned to the note you "created"...

Ye i get that click sound and at the same time the bass for as long as i set it to. The click only comes in the beginning.
How do I set it to zero? I am using Fruity Loops with Novation Bass station
I'd like to know that, but that makes a bass for as long as I set it to. But I would also like to know how to make a sort of low bass kick

Another alternative is to use Stomper to make your kicks and sub samples.

... How do I set it to zero?..
When cutting to make your loops, be sure the beginning and ending of the wave are at "zero" where the cuts are. Seems to me that there's an option or preference for the editing that when you make your cuts, it "defaults" to "snap-to zero crossings", or something of that nature (as far as terminology goes)... The "clicks" come in from where say the end of the wave is at +3, and the beginning of the wave is at say -2.5. Sounds like a "pop" from a scratch in a phonograph record...
