I've got a few questions:
I know that a lot of older MIDI hardware goes at 96 PPQ, but what about MIDI files?
I've seen some software that goes up to 960 PPQ and some go even higher.
1) What is the most compatible PPQ setting for MIDI sequences?
2) What exactly are the pros and cons of using higher PPQ rates
3) Why would I want a higher or lower PPQ rate?
