Thought I'd take a minute to introduce myself, in case you're curious about who's moderating:
I just started with PreSonus as the new Customer/Technical Support Manager and am very excited to be a part of such a great company.
Prior to joining PreSonus, I provided Tech Support for Eastwest. In addition to Tech Support, I've wired and configured custom studio installations, engineered records, and fronted an industrial band.
