Heya I'm invited to do a live gig, at a contest for bands. My (and 19 others) demo I sended in was selected out of 100 other (rock, hmpf) demo's, hahaha, probably because i'm the only electronic artist in the deal.

But Now,. this is going to be my live debut, aargh.

My only great fear is that the different tracks are sounding on different volume level because i'm running the tracks realtime of my midi sequencer, controling my synth, sampler, ect.

I've red some things about compressing/limmiting, but what kind of hardware should I use to do that? And where do I place it? In line with the mixers out???

Or is this a job fot the PA?

The club got some really heavy boxes, but too much bass is sounding very crappy (everything starts to vibrate) as I noticed with other (proffesional) artsists.

I'll hope someone here got some experience with this.

Thankz,
Tjalle
