Nice stuff, not my cup of tea, but very trance-like. A little repetitive, but I'm guessing this type of music calls for that. What software are you using?

it sounds ok,
It sounds like a video game...
I for one have gotten into that habit of letting the machine write the music instead of ME writing the music, it is just too easy "these days" (shamless plug on my soundclick song).
As far as the mix - sounds clean to me, sounds too clean, like a machine did the work.
As long as you are proud of what you do, then you are golden, if there is one little doubt in your delivery, then you are on stage with your pants down.
as far as muscianship, if you are good with what you do then I am good with it also, but never not look around you for ideas from masters.
I ranted again sorry

Thank you for the responses. Thats all done in reason 2.5. I understand where you are coming from on it sounding too much machine. I try to record alot on the fly and then arrange the notes to be more in sync. Alot of the sounds are samples used with the NN-19 and alot of affects (delays and reverbs). I really appreciate the comments. Been toying with reason for about 2 years now and it's my cup of tea :)

that is probably one of the most cryptic replies I have ever seen....do something constructive instead of being a jerk.

It's all good, doesn't bother me at all. I asked for negative critisism as well. Nobody is the master of anything, everyone has different ways of doing things and things to add. We can all learn from someone else, thanks for the backing though. You are very kind :)

Listen to a few, not too shabby. I'm a big time synth fan. The best recording of this genre I feel was Larry Fast's first album, "Synergy, Electronic Realizations", recorded in the mid 70's. The whole concept, the arraignment, everything, is a work of art. Even without words, you can feel and vitually see the story line from the first note to the last. Go to his site( he owns the copywrite on the spelling "Synergy", made millions on infringement lawsuits in the 80's) and buy it. I have the original vinyl record but I got the cd in the 90's because he's remixed it for surround sound. I promise, you won't be disappointed. As you said earlier, you can learn from others, so why not take a listen to a masterpiece in my opinion. Good luck

I listened again why not
first tune POM - eq is perfect to me, I am not stimulated by the repetition.
End of Time - This would make a nice sound backing for a video documentary, perhaps how they fill milk into small containers to send off to grade schools, get rid of the drum samples...
Third tune on soundclick Dry, again the eq is nice, sounds good, get rid of the drum samples...
Never take it personal, I am just a Bops riding the same waves as you my brother....

Most of it is very laid back but nice, good background.
How do you come up with the melodies? Sampled? or you come up with them yourself?

I listened to a few seconds of each song. They sound clear and like everyone else said - somewhat mechanical. they are for sure something that could be used as background to certain type of video games. You might post over at the forums on www.garagegames.com .
Garage games is a company that provides an pretty decent engine for creating indie video games. Another composer friend and me have gotten gigs from it - many of the games need music similar to what you have on your soundclick page.
