my logitech headset makes this very scratching sound out of nowhere, sometimes it makes this sound when i moved my head read fast,the sound comes from the left ear peicem, is the a tech problem or hardware?

If its wired, something's going bad. You'll need a replacement, since they're next to impossible to repair (nylon wire, molded plugz, etc.).
