help!

I recently bought a m-audio oxygen v2 and have been using it with Reason 3.0, but for some reason it has stopped playing the samples in redrum... instead of assigning the redrum samples to the keys, it assigns the mute buttons!? Can anyone explain how to sort this out?

Octave down.

The higher octaves do this in reason as a performance feature.
