I did one live video shoot unfortunatly audio control of camera got left on manual and full it seems it is cliped is there any kind of software or magic filter which can take care of this I am in big mess.Please help me i tried sound forge but i am not good at any audio software. If any one can help.

sorry to say, you need to do a retake.
nothing fixes a clipped sample.
I would think you should do a voice over from a studio, will sound way better.

It depends on the amount if clipping.
If U got a few clicks only U can try to fix it manually with the pencil tool in SoundForge. Zoom each 'clickplace' to max and try to even the wave. It'll make it less audible at least.
If U got death-metal distortion all over the place... m-m-m... there's not much U can do. Try equalising the sample.
Don't do that mistake again!;)

There was the DirectX plugin called "Sonic Foundry Clipped Peak Restoration". I did use it few years ago. If wave isn't distorted too much, this plugin will help.
Also try to use other restoration software and equalisation.

No, this is an additional plug-in by Sonic Foundry. Full name of the pack is "Sonic Foundry Noise Reduction DX plug-in v2.0".
