make searching before posting a rule

it's no secret these forums have a lot of clutter and duplicate thread subjects. it would be nice to see, preferably in small red letters, something to the effect of "please search for your question before posting"

and also something in the rules to support the closing/merging of threads that violate this rule. i think it could help keep a lot more people around, with less clutter, and also make these duplicate subjects more cohesive and valuable.

Sorry....just thought that was a bit over the top......most don't seach because they don't really know what they are looking for. Older users here answer the same questions over and over again and its really no problem...if you want to address something..go after the spammers, they disrupt and cause more trouble than anything else. BTW...what happened to the sticky on removing vocals?
