Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic Sound Card

I have been thinking of buying a new sound card and am looking at the Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic recently.

Just a quick question if there's any good or bad with this card, to support my 7.1 speakers, plus my work in recording and editing in programs like protools and cubase. Cheers!
