I know I've already posted a link, but I thought I'd add it here, where it's supposed to be.

Ok,
First of all, I like this kinda stuff, yours is close to 'analog'.
I was tempted to record it on two track at 3 1/4, then play it back at 7 1/2, I may do that...
The mix seemed flat as, if it was recorded in mono, missing some higher khz boosts, at beat guess from 1 khz to 6khz, and perhaps a little boost around 30 hz or higher.
Spooky stuff

I'm sorry Dave, I don't know what that means, but by all means...please do.

I agree completely. I was working mainly with the Proteus X, and to me the sounds (or tones) seem a little dated. I also recorded at 16/44.1 so perhaps higher seetings would've helped. I also really don't know what I am doing:o . I'll try the frequency boosts you suggested.

Spooky stuff
Thanks much.

P.S. My "monitors" are definately a big problem. They are JBL rear speakers from a surround sound set-up:o . I found a great deal on a pair of Tannoy Reveal 6's so I'll probably pick them up.
