if you were going to build yourself a new "live" room with say, 10-12 foot ceilings how big would you build? please keep it sensible, I mean I can't build a 20X32 footer LOL. I'm thinking an all "wood" room with a drum riser.

vulcan u da bomb, I used John's sight when I put up the present building, but lost his last name  <-(that means confused) no wonder Slayer wouldn't work lol, there is a formula on there that gives specific measurements for room sizes, i used it for my present live room, I'll check and see if I can find it again....thanks

Hey guys, short update on room, the size is determined and will be 16X24 with 12 foot ceiling, we have the outside frame of new room in place with 16' peak, it will connect to present live room through an eight foot archway then open up to higher ceiling, I'm hoping to install video monitor in room for recording musicians from desk and/or move mix station into old 12X16 drum room... Also planning on having a 16" drum riser in new room, all wood room, can't wait.:)
