New Build - Any Advice?

Hey all,

I'm looking to build a new DAW next month, but I'm not quite sure where to start (first time doing this myself and I figure I'm intelligent enough to not have to pay somebody to do it, maybe just a little uninformed)

Here's my setup:

PC
Nuendo 3.0 w/ UAD-1 Card (looking to expand to more)
Motu FW Ultralite
Ext Drive: LaCie D2 Trip interface


I'd ideally like something I could put 2+ Gigs of ram in, and plan to put in a FW 800 card with a TI Chipset.

My main question is: what motherboard is best suited for this (in your experiences) and what are things to keep in mind when looking for parts (i.e. power supplies, mobo's, graphics, etc)
