Experts needed - "Reverse Engineering" on loops

hi, guys! :)

I found some nice loops, which unfortunately are rendered in a bad quality. I would be very grateful if somebody of you guys can re-make the loops with his/her own samples, or just provide me with the samples the loops contain.

I tried to use filters, which do enhance the sound a bit, but is still not enough. :rolleyes:

Err... I know that :o That is why I would like to re-make them, but I don't have the right samples :(
