ok, so i've been using fruity loops for a long time, just got reason... figuring it out pretty quickly.

now, i've been doing things the hard way forever, i don't have a midi controller- been using the piano roll in both.

thing is, i want to transfer all of my instruments to Reason- don't know how.

i've rewire enabled in fruity loops, and it recognizes reason
i've chosen the NN-XT for my instrument, but how do i get the fruity loops **** over there?

somebody got an answer? that be awesome

Okay, I don't know fruity loops but may be able to help. When you use rewire, both programs should play back in sync. When you press play on one, both of them should play, when you change tempo in one, tempo should change in both. I don't beleive you can transfer or move instruments, if I read that correctly. I use reason and Acid pro. Acid is the Master or Host rewire component, and reason is the slave. So what I do, is open Acid first, and then open Reason. When I press play in Acid, they both play together. When I'm done creating my track, I render the song in Acid. Hopefully that helps you out a little bit. Let me know.

Doods... Sorry if I sound like a Reason hater but Reason just isn't worth the hype and the money.

First reason: No VST, DXi hosting support. That's the reason why you can't run your FL stuff in Reason.

Second reason: Reason cannot act as a Rewire host.

FL is waaaaaaaaayyyy better than Reason. The only thing good about Reason is some of it's drumkits... Well, we (me and the other FL users) made wav samples out of them and use them in FL. One more reason to not use Reason.

Thank you. That is the only reason. Reason can't support a ****!

Just don't bash me now please? :p
