I am renovating my bath room and i would like to run speakers from my computer so i can listen to mp3's/radio stations but I also want to leave my bookshelf speakers hooked up in my computer room.
I don't know how i would do this and any help would be appreciated!!

What soundcard are you using? Is there a pair of out's available? If their are, connect your out to an amp to speakers. In mount wall units are nice, they require you to only need to cut one round hole and are attractive, fitting flush with the wall. I performed this very thing at a Tanning Salon I built, connecting the 'puter to a surround sound system, running seperate lines off the A/V reciever to 6 seperate pairs of speakers in each room.

I just have an on board card Real Tek ac97. Wouldn't mind upgrading the card but don't want to use an amp. Nothing fancy......just would like access to my music off my computer in two locations. I have an AMD Athlon 3000+.
Just one out available.

You could split the signal and run a pair of powered monitors to the bathroom.
